Aged 41. Datin Mezi is responsible for all field operations, which includes oversight of collections, disposal and recovery as well as the overall strategy and corporate development function of Greenverse.

Datin Mezi is a certified scheduled waste manager and also a certified ‘train the trainer’ in the field of scheduled waste management, quality, environmental and safety & health.

Datin Mezi co-founded Greenverse after accumulating more than 16 years of experience in the scheduled waste management industry. She started her career as a Business Development executive in a local scheduled waste management company and went on to co-found various SMEs which serve as the logistic and sales and marketing arms of licensed scheduled waste management companies.

Datin Mezi is passionate about sustainability. She believes that the world can be a greener place if every one of us reduce, reuse and recycle more, and if more of us join hands in pursuing greener ways of doing things. She is currently pursuing PhD in Engineering and Engineering Trades to explore ways to convert waste into wealth; an outcome of her aspiration to preserve Mother Earth for the benefits of the next generations.

Aged 41. Dato’ Alex is a specialist in the Scheduled Waste Management industry with more than 16 years of experience. Apart from scheduled waste management, he has also accumulated extensive experience in the field of construction, manufacturing, trading, and logistics throughout his 18 years of working experience and business ventures.

Dato’ Alex is recognised for his strong business acumen and bolstered by extensive industry experience and aspiration to balance sustainability of our Mother Earth, he co-founded Greenverse to address the challenges presented in the scheduled waste industry.

Prior to Greenverse, Dato’ Alex co-founded a handful of companies which serve as the logistics and sales and marketing arms of licensed scheduled waste management companies. He took over a non-profitable and ill-managed scheduled waste management company in 2018 and turned it into a profit-making company in a short span of 1 year. He remains actively involved in many departments of the company that he had previously run himself.

Dato’ Alex is a firm believer that good education pulls a family and by the extension, a community out of poverty. As such, he gives back to the society by providing the tools, facilities, and necessary resources to targeted groups of children and schools.

Aged 37. Jen Nee is a Chartered Accountant with more than a decade of experience in Compliance, Audit and Risk at financial institutions, including the Central Bank of Malaysia.

Jen Nee was trained in Ernst & Young – Assurance and subsequently KPMG – Corporate Finance. She went on to join CIMB Group Internal Audit and followed by the Central Bank of Malaysia where she dovetailed organisation business processes and compliance of firm- wide policies with external regulatory bodies.

Grounded by the years of experience in financial accounting and modelling, compliance and risk, Jen Nee is a holistic strategist. Informed by details, but guided by big pictures, she channels her experience and newfound appreciation of the business in recommending holistic business transformation exercise in alignment with the company’s strategic direction, values and governance.

Aged 49. Dato’ Tasnim is a specialist in both sewerage treatment plant and commercial development projects.

He started his career in 1992 as Operations Manager with Gainhill Corporation and then Lotuscon Engineering in 1999 as the Executive Director. Both companies specialise in operating sewerage treatment plants and building material fabrication.

Having gathered solid experience and knowledge in his prior employments, Dato’ Tasnim expanded his portfolio to specialise in commercial development projects. He is currently the executive director of several property development companies, amongst others Nu Edge Realty and Kuala Legenda. He actively contributes to the on-going mixed development project on a 420 acres land in Kuantan and the new township project on a 500 acres land in Bandar Pekan.

Dato’ Tasnim has also been entrusted the role of Chairman of Infra Total to advise and guide the Company in carrying out its build and lease-back of KPJ Specialist Hospital in Kuala Selangor. On top of all these responsibilities, he has been appointed by Eden Incorp Bhd and MIT Insurance as its special project advisor.

Aged 52. Dato’ Ary has been entrusted by the Government of Malaysia to provide his consultancy services in promoting the country’s economic development. Based in Jakarta, Dato' Ary serves as an advisor to MIDA and MITI as he has valuable knowledge and experience in various fields throughout his 30 years of involvement in strategic corporate and commercial projects that were instrumental for the country's economic growth.

Dato’ Ary also serves as an Advisor in the Central Coordinating Agency (CCA) under the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives (MEDAC) for the implementation of development programs for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and the Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA) in Indonesia. He is the President of a property consultant agency and a director of a fire and safety system company, both based in Jakarta, since year 2010 and 2008 respectively.

Dato’ Ary provides invaluable business advice in navigating Greenverse, since its incorporation, to achieve the Company’s vision and mission.

Aged 44. Ray Wang holds a Master Degree in Materials Sciences and Engineering from the National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. He started his career with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturer Company, a multinational company, as an R&D engineer.

After accumulating years of experience in the manufacturing and engineering fields in foreign country, Ray decided to serve his country under the Return of Expert Program in year 2011 where he contributes his expertise in several companies specialising in scheduled waste management, engineering, and construction. He is also a specialist in Indoor Air Quality Control, and a registered Graduated Technologist with Malaysia Board of Technology, MBOT.

With 20 years of working experience in manufacturing and engineering fields, Ray strongly believes that technology, automation and continuous innovation are the key to success. He is ready to instil the green technology concept which consists of reduce, reuse and recycle (3R) as sustainable development to achieve GREENVERSE’s vision and mission.
